30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the Breathing Pal if it does not meet your expectations. Our policy allows for returns within this period, under the following conditions:
- Condition of the Item: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, simply email us at hello@breathingpal.co with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Any supporting photographs or documents, if applicable
Upon receipt of your email, our customer service team will guide you through the next steps, including where to send your return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 business days.
- Rejection: If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will provide an explanation and discuss the available options with you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@breathingpal.co with details of the defect or damage, and we will provide you with exchange instructions.
